Those little snails from the garden slowly cooked in a delectable butter and garlic sauce with a dash of parsley until they’re succulent little pieces of heaven in their shells oozing with that greenish yellowy buttery loveliness that we scoop out with little tongs and wash down with fine Chardonnay reminding us of the glorious wonder that is French cuisine?”
